  • Always ask and observe how you can practice self-management & self-discipline determine what are the traps or resources that you can do. 
  • Be the best self-manager you can be.
  • Take responsibility for your actions and habits.

  • Take time to notice the ability to control your feelings how many times do other people make you do something just off of you reacting to them.
  • Temptations come in many forms not just the usual ones we have. Some are mostly unnoticeable. Sometimes it come even in the littlest forms like ideas, you lose focus on the main thing when another idea pops up n your head.
